The project uses proprietary algorithms to improve and regulate the economy of Bounty Temple. The game also incentivizes players to participate and linger within the ecosystem as long as possible by providing them with the opportunity to earn assets that retain their value over time.

Bounty Temple Business Requirements

The existing authentication methods remain insufficient in the advancing landscape of blockchain gaming. The shift from Web 2.0 to Web3 gaming poses a significant challenge for many users, especially those unfamiliar with blockchain technology, who may find navigating the intricate crypto world daunting.

Besides, the process of obtaining a wallet and grasping the intricacies of blockchain-based applications can be overwhelming, potentially discouraging players from engaging with the next generation of games.


Acknowledging these concerns, and being a cross-platform game (Bounty Temple can be played in web browsers; iOS and Android compatibility will be added as development progresses), the Bounty Temple team was interested in the following:

  • Provide users with a secure, simple, and fast game account registration that would ensure secure and unambiguous verification of user identification on the platform. This would allow users to log into their accounts from different devices using a single, unified ID;
  • Automatically generate and assign cryptocurrency wallet addresses to newly registered users of the platform, so that they can immediately immerse themselves in the game;
  • Implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure to allow its users take part in token and NFT sales, thereby ensuring fair, transparent, and legal conditions for all participants.
  • Interact with users' contact information (with their explicit consent) in order to enhance and personalize the user experience (e.g., hold raffles among top performers and award bonus points for certain in-game achievements).

HyperID Solution: Making User Onboarding Effortless and Versatile

HyperID is a comprehensive decentralized identity and access management platform that enables crypto projects to automate the creation of Web3 wallets for their users based on their Web 2.0 accounts.

The solution supports password-less authentication, secure verification of user credentials, decentralized storage, and reuse of KYC status for seamless identity verification.


With HyperID incorporation, Bounty Temple has:

  1. Enabled Web 2.0 users to seamlessly access their decentralized game accounts, facilitating immediate involvement in the immersive realm of Web3 games and metaverses.
  1. Automatically initiated the creation of cryptocurrency wallets that presented players with the ability to buy, sell, and trade in crypto, along with tracking their achievements, showcasing their accomplishments, and sharing them on the blockchain.
  1. Offered its gamers explicit identity verification backed by KYC, which is not only critical for organizing token sale rounds and selling the project's NFTs on the marketplace, but also essential for regulatory compliance.
  1. Been able to securely exchange user data with other services due to the strong HyperID’s inter-service communication capabilities, powered by public key infrastructure (PKI). For example, Bounty Temple users logged in via HyperID using their Telegram and Discord social media accounts to participate in NFT drawings on Earn Alliance, the web3's largest aggregator and blockchain-based game discovery platform.

In that scenario, HyperID acted as an intermediary interface, ensuring that only the intended applications -granted by user- could encrypt/decrypt and access the exchanged user data. (HyperID does not have access to the encryption keys and cannot decrypt the user data.)


Aside from the amazing results mentioned above, the Bounty Temple team also achieved the following:

  • Attracted 20,000 users in 2 days.
  • Provided users with an easy, secure, and fast-lightning login whether they are using:
    • their existing credentials -- Google, Microsoft, Apple;
    • or social media accounts -- Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, or Twitch;
    • or wallets via the WalletConnect protocol or MetaMask.
  • Implemented HyperID user identity verification on the game marketplace, pre-sale, and public sale round web pages.
  • Processed user information (with their explicit consent), including Telegram and Discord usernames, emails, and wallet addresses.

Ultimately, the implementation of HyperID on the Bounty Temple platform has enticed users and, more importantly, instilled them the confidence to explore and participate in the crypto-gaming scene, empowering them to continue to grow and evolve in the world of Web3 gaming.
